Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with your Australia Post tracking number once dispatched (typically within 24 hours of processing).

Discreet Packaging

All Kush Queen Shop orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There are no brand logos, product names, or any cannabis-related markings on the exterior of any parcel. The sender name on the label will be a neutral business name.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kush Queen Shop purchase. If you are not happy, here is our policy:

Eligible for Return

  • Items that are unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective (photo evidence required)
  • Incorrect items sent due to a fulfilment error

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Change of mind returns on perishable or consumable products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Kush Queen Shop error (wrong item, defective product).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kush Queen Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If Australia Post confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbours and your building's reception or mail room, then contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police and contact us — we will do our best to assist.
