Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with your Australia Post tracking number once dispatched (typically within 24 hours of processing).
All Kush Queen Shop orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There are no brand logos, product names, or any cannabis-related markings on the exterior of any parcel. The sender name on the label will be a neutral business name.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Kush Queen Shop error (wrong item, defective product).
Kush Queen Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If Australia Post confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbours and your building's reception or mail room, then contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
